Ayurveda is one of the most ancient methods of holistic healing. Having had its roots in India, this medical system has been acknowledged and accepted globally.
The word Ayurveda is a combination of Sanskrit words Ayu and Veda which means Life and Science, respectively.
“The Science of Life” is what Ayurveda means! Ayurveda uses a preventive healing approach and cures the disease at its root with lifestyle interventions and natural therapies. It embraces all living things organisms, human and non-human, without leaving behind any side effects.
Ayurveda focuses on the concept of self-healing and herbal treatment! These concepts are not new to the world, as according to WHO (World Health Organization), 70-80% of the world leans more towards unconventional medical treatments. These treatments mainly focus on the use of herbal ingredients. Ayurvedic treatments are long-lasting and free from any side-effects. But people opt for modern medicine for their immediate relief. Modern medicines might offer quick relief from illness but they are only temporary.
Ayurveda chooses products with a natural and mineral origin that have significant medicinal properties. It uses them to cure and prevent diseases. It has been proven multiple times that Ayuvedic products have better effects on chronic diseases.
Ayurveda believes that health and wellness depend on a delicate balance between the mind, body, and soul. Its main goal is to promote good health along with creating a health-conscious society.

I have accomplished 31 Degrees, PG Diplomas, Diplomas And Certificates Courses in just 7 Years in Sabarmati Central Prison, After Releasing from the Prison, I continued my education with Government Job, I accomplished another 23 degrees, PG diplomas, diplomas and certificates Courses in 5 Years, Totalling 54 degrees, PG diplomas, diplomas and certificates Courses in Just 12 Years from Various Universities and Educational Institutions.
